FAQ
The questions we get asked — all of them
Pricing, timelines, ownership, data, AI: everything clients ask before starting, answered straight. Your question isn’t here? Write to us — first reply within 4 working hours.
02
Starting a project
What does a project cost?
Every quote is priced line by line and delivered within 24 hours — you know exactly what you are paying for. A showcase site and a full application don’t share a scope: describe your project and you get a precise number, not a vague range. And the standard of finish does not depend on the size of the budget: the site you are looking at is the proof, and a compact project gets the same care.
Does the quote commit me to anything?
No. You describe your project, you receive a clear reading and a precise figure within 24 hours — then you decide, without pressure or pushy follow-ups. The quote stays valid; take the time you need.
How long does it take?
First reply within 4 working hours — Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm, Swiss time —, full quote within 24. The delivery timeline is set in the quote, before you commit, and mockups are approved together before the first line of code.
What should I prepare before contacting you?
Nothing is required: two lines describing your business and what you’d like to achieve are enough. If you have examples of sites you like, a logo or existing copy, that’s a plus — but we can start from a blank page, that’s our job.
Can we start small?
Yes. We can frame a tight first scope — a sales page, a short showcase site, an assistant — delivered fast, then widen it once business follows. The quote says exactly what that first step contains.
Who will actually work on my project?
The person you talk to — from first exchange to delivery. Concept, design and development go through the same hands, supported by AI tools that speed up the work without ever deciding in your place.
Which languages can you deliver in?
The studio works in French and English. Your site can ship in several languages — French, English, German, Italian — each properly indexed on Google.
03
Websites & applications
My current site has aged — do we have to rebuild everything?
Not necessarily. We start with an honest assessment: sometimes a visual refresh and a few fixes are enough, sometimes rebuilding cleanly costs less than repairing. You get a straight answer — including when it’s “keep what you have”.
Will the site be fast, and liked by Google?
That’s a baseline commitment: pages that load fast, read well on phones, and are built cleanly for search — titles, structure, markup, sitemap. Speed and technical quality are part of the delivery, not options.
Does an iPhone app have to go through the App Store?
A native app, yes — we handle preparation and publishing on the App Store and Google Play. If your need doesn’t justify that circuit, a PWA (installable web app) installs straight from the browser, no store involved.
Does a PWA work without a connection?
Yes, that’s one of its strengths: a PWA can keep the essential screens and data available offline, then sync when the network returns. Useful on a building site, in a cellar, on the road — anywhere coverage comes and goes.
Can I sell online, with card and TWINT?
Yes. We set up the shop, the cart and payment through the methods common in Switzerland — card, TWINT and others depending on the payment provider chosen — with a simple back office to manage products and orders.
Will I be able to edit the content myself?
If you want to, yes: from the design stage we plan the zones you want to manage yourself — copy, photos, menu, news — with a hand-over session at delivery. And if you’d rather not touch anything, we take care of it.
04
AI & automation
An AI agent — what does it concretely do for my business?
It takes over the repetitive work: sorting and answering incoming requests, preparing quotes, following up, filing, summarising, handling admin. You approve, it executes — and you get hours back every week on the tasks that don’t need your judgement.
Can the AI write into my data on its own?
No, and it’s a construction rule: the assistant proposes, you confirm. A model never writes into real client data by itself — every action goes through your approval, and everything stays traceable.
Do you work with AI?
Yes, and openly: a team of AI agents works under the direction of one person, who designs, decides and reviews everything. Nothing goes live without human review — and you only ever talk to one person, from first exchange to delivery.
Does my data stay confidential?
Yes. We only send AI services the minimum needed for the task, never your full databases; access is isolated per client and secrets never leave your environment. Sensitive data can stay entirely out of the AI circuit if you ask.
Can you train my team on AI?
Yes — hands-on training for SMEs: which tools to use (and which to avoid), how to write good instructions, how to bring AI into your processes without risking your data. On your real cases, not on slides.
05
Visibility — SEO, advertising, social
How long before SEO shows results?
Honestly: weeks to a few months, not days. Google has to discover, crawl and rank your pages; first movements often show within 4 to 8 weeks, real traction comes with consistency. Anyone promising first place in a week is lying to you.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You, always. The account is created in your name, you keep ownership and billing — we work in it through delegated access. If the collaboration ends, your history, campaigns and data stay with you.
Who controls the advertising budget?
You do. The budget is paid by you directly to Google or Meta, with a cap you set; nothing is activated without your explicit go. You see what every franc produces — enquiries, calls, sales — not just clicks.
Can you run our social media?
Yes: editorial line, calendar, creating the visuals and copy, publishing and reporting. You approve the tone once, then receive the work at an agreed rhythm — without having to think about it every morning.
Can you improve our Google listing and reviews?
Yes — the Google Business Profile is often the first local contact: we complete it properly, structure the information, photos and posts, and set up a clean way to ask your happy clients for reviews. Never bought or fabricated ones.
06
Design & identity
Can you create just a logo or an identity?
Yes. Logo, colors, typography, variations for your materials — identity can be a mission of its own, with no site behind it. And if a site comes later, it inherits a coherent base.
Can my site have the design level of this one?
Yes — this site is our own bar for quality, and that level of care is what client projects get. Design is never a decorative layer added at the end: it’s conceived first, for your subject, never recycled from a template.
Do you use ready-made templates?
No. Every project is designed from scratch, from your trade and your references — which is exactly what separates a site people remember from one they’ve seen a hundred times.
07
After going live
What happens after launch?
Your product can stay looked after: updates, security, backups, small improvements. Nothing is imposed — you decide at delivery whether you want that follow-up, and you can stop it whenever you like.
What happens if something breaks?
You write, we fix. Corrections of anything that’s our work are covered; beyond that, a simple maintenance agreement keeps your site updated, monitored and backed up — at the rhythm that fits your business.
Can I switch providers later?
Yes, freely. The code, content, domain name and accounts are yours; everything is documented and transferable. We never build a dependency that holds you — that’s your best reason to stay, and ours to do good work.
Do you take over a site you didn’t build?
Yes, after an express audit: we look at the real state — technical, security, search — and tell you what deserves to be kept, fixed or rebuilt, with a clear figure for each option.
08
Data & ownership
In the end, who owns the site?
You do. The code, the domain name, the content: everything is handed over at delivery, with no captive subscription. You stay free to leave at any time.
Where is my data hosted?
We choose the hosting with you, per project: Swiss infrastructure (Infomaniak, for example) when data location comes first, or high-performance European infrastructure when worldwide speed matters more. Either way, you know where your data lives — and it stays yours.
Are you compliant with the Swiss nFADP and the GDPR?
Sites are built to respect the Swiss data protection law (nFADP) and the GDPR: consent before any measurement or advertising cookie, collection limited to what’s necessary, a clear privacy policy, and deletion of your data on request.
Who has access to my back office?
You, and the people you designate. Build access is separate from yours and handed over at delivery; every client has an isolated environment — your credentials are never mixed with another project’s.
Can my project stay entirely confidential?
Yes. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed before the first detailed exchange, and a project can be carried out without ever appearing on this site — not on the wall, not in the references. Isolated environment, separate access, data hosted in Switzerland or Europe depending on the project.
